ExhibiPilot

How we build your automation, week by week

Every ExhibiPilot build runs the same way: a short call, a process map made with the person who does the work, weekly working software, and a clean hand-over. Here is what each stage involves and what we need from you.

The process

  1. Week 0 — Call

Twenty minutes. You describe the bottleneck. We tell you whether we can fix it and roughly what it costs. If we cannot, we say so on the call.

What we need: One person who knows the current process — usually an estimator or operations lead.

  2. Week 1 — Map

We sit with whoever actually does the work and map the current process step by step. You get the map whether or not you continue.

What we need: A recent real example: an RFQ, a show lead export, or a multi-country project.

  3. Build weeks

We build against the map and show you working software every week. You use it before it is finished, so the direction stays honest.

What we need: Access to the systems we are building on — your CRM, rate cards, or project tooling.

  4. Hand over

Documentation, training for your team, and the whole build living in your own accounts. A retainer is optional. Nothing is locked to us.

What we need: A short training session with the people who will use it day to day.
