We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit our contact or strategy-call form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, website, country, and a description of the process or workflow you want help with. We do not run advertising trackers or build behavioural profiles.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the call you requested, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Form submissions are stored in our database provider (Supabase) so we can keep track of enquiries.
• Email delivery of your enquiry to our team is handled by our email provider (Resend).
• These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms, and only to deliver their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and, where relevant, for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@exhibipilot.com and we will respond.

International working

We work with exhibition companies internationally, in English and French. Information you send may be processed in the countries where we and our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.
