Service
Post-Show Lead Engine
$2,000 – $4,500 · starts in 5 days · typical delivery 2 weeks
The problem
CEIR research indicates around 80% of trade show leads receive no follow-up at all, and Exhibit Surveys puts it at 87% never effectively followed up. The scans from a show sit in a spreadsheet outside the CRM for days while a faster competitor is already calling. The lead was captured; the follow-up never happened.
What changes
Badge scans land in your CRM within minutes of capture, deduplicated, scored by stand engagement, and assigned to the right salesperson with a follow-up sequence already running. The builder who calls first wins the bid, and that becomes you.
What you get
- Badge-scan ingestion from your capture vendor into the CRM
- Deduplication and enrichment against existing records
- Lead scoring based on stand time and stated interest
- Owner assignment rules by territory or account
- Three-touch follow-up sequence, English and French
- Post-show reporting: leads by source, response time, conversion
How it works
Week 0 — Call
You describe your current capture setup and CRM. We confirm the scan export path and scope the build.
Week 1 — Build
We wire ingestion, dedup, scoring, and assignment against your CRM, and draft the follow-up sequence in both languages.
Week 2 — Live
You run it on a real show or a replay of your last one. We tune scoring and hand over documentation.
Integrates with
HubSpot · Pipedrive · Salesforce · Zapier · n8n · Airtable
FAQ
Post-Show Lead Engine — questions
Select a question on the left to see the answer here.
Which badge scanning systems do you support?
We work with the major event capture vendors and any system that can export scans as a file or through an API — which covers most show organizers and lead-retrieval apps. On the call we confirm your specific vendor before scoping.
What if the show gives us leads days late?
The engine processes scans whenever they arrive, so a late export still gets deduplicated, scored, and routed automatically. The follow-up sequence starts from the moment leads land, not from a manual import someone has to remember.
Do we have to change our CRM?
No. The Post-Show Lead Engine builds on top of the CRM you already run — HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce are supported directly. Replacing a working CRM is expensive and rarely necessary.
Does it write follow-ups in French?
Yes. The three-touch sequence is delivered in English and French, which matters for francophone shows and contacts. Both are native working languages for us.
