Service
Quote & Proposal Accelerator
$6,000 – $12,000 · starts in 10 days · typical delivery 4–6 weeks
The problem
An estimator reads drawings line by line to build a bill of materials, then assembles a proposal by hand. McKinsey surveyed 1,000 B2B decision makers and found lack of speed was the number one pain point, cited twice as often as price. Bids go to whoever answers first, and a two-to-three day turnaround loses to a competitor who quotes the same day.
What changes
Drawings and RFQ documents become a costed bill of materials and an assembled proposal in hours. Your estimator reviews and adjusts rather than building every quote from a blank page, so the judgement stays human and the transcription becomes automatic.
What you get
- RFQ intake that parses incoming documents and briefs
- BOM generation against your material and labour rate cards
- Pricing logic including margin rules and regional cost variance
- Proposal assembly with your templates and renders
- Version tracking across revisions
- Estimator review interface — the human stays in the loop
How it works
Week 0 — Call
You walk us through a recent RFQ and how you currently quote it. We confirm the workflow is a fit and scope the build.
Weeks 1–2 — Map
We sit with your estimator and capture the real rate cards, margin rules, and regional variance behind your pricing.
Weeks 3–6 — Build
We build intake, BOM generation, pricing, and proposal assembly, showing you working output weekly against your own past RFQs.

FAQ
Quote & Proposal Accelerator — questions
Select a question on the left to see the answer here.
Our pricing is too custom to automate. Can you handle that?
Custom pricing logic is the normal case, not the exception. We map your actual rate cards, margin rules, and regional variance rather than forcing a template, and the estimator keeps final judgement. Automation handles the transcription, not the decisions.
What formats can the RFQ intake read?
The intake parses the document types stand builders actually receive — PDFs, drawings, spreadsheets, and email briefs. On the call we test it against a real RFQ of yours so you see what it extracts before committing.
Does the estimator lose control of the numbers?
No. Every generated BOM and price goes to an estimator review interface before anything leaves the building. The accelerator removes the hours of manual transcription; it does not remove the person who owns the quote.
How is this different from quoting software we have seen?
Vertical quoting platforms make you fit their data model. We build around your existing rate cards and process, one workflow at a time, and you review real output from week one rather than after a long implementation.
